Hi beauties. ☼
Sorry for not posting in so long but we still haven’t got internet sorted at the new house. But I can assure you it will be sorted in the next few weeks, so expect posts to be back to normal in march! *hip hip hooray!!!!*
Happy New Year to all my lovely followers, old & new, you guys make me so happy & feel blessed everyday. Thank you all 😚 I hope you’ve all had a BRILLIANT Christmas & New Year & I look forward to sharing this year with you all
Anyway, to start the new year I’ve got a review on the Benefit Bright Eyes Kit, as you may know me & my sister (beautifulbreakable) received these free as conselation for our bad experience at one of their makeup counters. Although we received these free this review is an honest opinion.
This palette has super cool packaging, as you can see it is a sparkly purple with a mirror on the top half and the products/brushes in the bottom half! You get a cream product which is an eye brightner which cancels out discolouration on the eyelids & also acts as a primer 🙂
There are three very versatile colours in this pallete. You get a white highlight colour, which I used for my inner corners and brow bone, its such a lovely subtle highlight!
Secondly, you get a shimmery brown, its quite a redish brown in the pan but looks gorgeous in the crease or used on the lash line to create definition to the eye look.
Thirdly, the pink shimmer colour is FAB for the lid, you could also even use this colour as a highlighter if you’d prefer!

Here is the makeup look I came up with. Obviously this pallete is designed for a subtle eye look as it is designed to make your eyes appear brighter 🙂
However, if you like you can darken it up using more of the brown. – Remember there are no rules to makeup, just have fun!
I swept the pink shimmery colour over the lid, I then defined the crease and upper / lower lashline using the brown. To create a subtle highlight I used the white on my inner corners and brow bone 🙂
Overall I really enjoyed using this palette & highly recommend it, especially if you’re a beginner with makeup 🙂
What do you think of this look?
Have you tried this pallete?
Lots of Love Natasha
