Younique 3D Fiber Lashes+ Mascara Review ❤

Hi beauties xo

As you know I recently became a Younique Presenter & I’m LOVING IT!! The fact I get to make other women feel gorgeous & confident is AMAZING!😊

Although it is now my job to sell Younique products I’m in no way going to lie to you. Everything will be truthful & my own opinion, as it always has been here on my blog! ❤

So, today I’ve got a review of our 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara! 😊
image

What’s all the fuss about?

image

As you can see from the image above the left eyelashes have our mascara on & the right eyelashes are bare.

♡ ARE YOU SEEING THE VOLUME & LENGTH??? no joke. This is the product, it is AMAZING!! ❤❤❤

How to apply

♡ Apply a thin coat of your favourite mascara.
♡ Apply a coat of the Gel
♡ Apply a coat of the Fibers on top of the gel STRAIGHT AWAY
♡ Apply another coat of Gel on top of the fibers to seal them in place

YES IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE. 😊 LOOK AT THOSE BEAUTIFUL LASHES ❤❤❤

☆Always do one eye at a time. Don’t let the gel dry before the fibers are applied as this is what makes them stick to your lashes!!☆

image

Packaging

☆ Matte black sleek tubes
☆ You get both tubes in a cute pouch! (Top tube is the fibers & bottom is the gel!!)
☆The wand is actually very good. It looks quite basic but makes for effortless but BEAUTIFULLY precise application.

image

Pros

♡ YOU can achieve LONG, VOLUMINOUS LASHES WITH NO GLUE. NO FUSS. NO FAKE LASHES ❤
♡ Very easy & quick to apply.
♡ Not only does it build up well. But builds YOUR confidence with every stroke of the brush 😉
♡ All your friends will be envious of your drop dead gorgeous lashes ❤

Cons

♡ Can cause fall out if you apply too many fibers at once!!! HOWEVER. This is easily solved. Just wipe away with your foundation brush & your good to go 👍
♡Literally cannot think of any other reason why you should try this amazing product!! 😊
image

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post.. let me know what you think!! & have you tried any Younique products before?? ❤

Rimmel Stay Matte powder in translucent.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer.

Eyes/Brows
Rimmel Retro Glam Mascara in black.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner in black.

Hauls

Mini haul ❤

Hi beauties 🌞

Last week I decided to nip into town since I needed a few skincare items. Obviously I didn’t just buy what I needed, haha. So today I’m  sharing with you what I picked up from Boots and Superdrug!:)

L’Oréal had a 3 for 2 offer, naturally I took it upon myself to buy 3 items. I’ve been wanting to repurchase the True Match foundation for agesssss now, so decided to pick it up. I got shade W1 as N1, the shade I got before, was a bit ghostly.
Click here for an in depth review.

image

The second L’Oréal product I picked up was the Brow Plumper;  my twin beautifulbreakable adores and highly recommends. Definitely look forward to a review!

image

Thirdly, I got L’Oréals Lumi Magique Concealer. I’ve not tried this so I’ll keep you all posted 🙂

image

I was running low on my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer, so repurchased it. LOVEEEE this. Definitely my go to concealer!! 🙂

image

I recently discovered how much I love this Soap and Glory Sugar Crush scent so had to pick up the body wash. If you haven’t smelt it. YOU NEED TO!!

image

I was in need of a new face cleanser so decided to give this Soap and Glory Peaches and Cream Deep Cleansing Milk a try. I’ll keep you posted on it!:)

image

I’ve already done a ‘First Impression’ on this Soap and Glory No Clogs Allowed. Click here to find out more about it!

image

I’ve always been curious about Micellar Water so I decided to try this Garnier one. A review will be on its way! 🙂

image

Have you tried any of these products? What did you think of them? ❤

Makeup of the day

Monday MOTD: Stoplight Eye ❤

Hi beauties. 🌞

So I’ve been super super busy this week,  where has it gone? Time just seems to fly these days!!! I hope you are all well & haven’t missed me too much 😉

Due to my lack of posts I’m going to make sure I get back into the routine & create a blogging schedule. Don’t worry I’m still here. 🙂

Anyway, since it’s Monday I’ll be doing a Monday Makeup of the day (this is going to be a weekly thing!) ❤

So the other night I had a couple of hours free, so I decided to create a makeup look of the ‘Spotlight Eye’ trend. I really liked how it turned out;  so here it is…

Eyes
I started off by cleansing my skin, Iused a new product, Soap & Glory No Clogs Allowed Face Mask (review coming on Friday!). I then moisturised my face. To let that sink into the skin I decided to do my eyes before skin. 🙂

image

To even the skin tone on my eyes I used a bit of concealer. To set that in place I used the lightest shade in my Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Palette (all shadows used are from this palette!). To create a transition through my crease I used a medium toned brown as my transition shade!!

image

To add more definition I just kept building the intensity of the medium toned brown all throughout the crease, even the inner part of the eye. Just make sure you leave the centre of the lid nice and bright! Hence the name, spotlight eye. 🙂

image

I decided I wanted to deepen the look further, so using the darkest matte shade in the palette I blended this through the crease from inner corner to outer corner.
Remember. Blend blend blend!!!!
To brighten the centre I reapplied the lightest shade and a small amount of the lightest shimmery shade. Keep this in the very centre for that strong focus on the eye!

image

Face
– L’Oréal True Match Foundation in W1
– Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in 1
– Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in translucent
– Benefit Hoola Bronzer
– Catrice Blush
– Mua Highlighter in English Rose

image

Brows/Lips
– Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Dark
– MAC Creme Cup – nude lip option
– Maybelline Colour Sensational Shocking Coral – bright lip option

image

I really loved how this looked in the end. 🙂

What do you think of the spotlight eye trend? ❤

Makeup Reviews

Review: Urban Decay Naked Skin ♥

Hi beauties ☼

After discovering this heavenly concealer from Wayne Goss on YouTube I haven’t been able to live without it. What is this divine product I hear you ask? It’s the one & only, Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer!

What do Urban Decay claim:

Ultra lightweight, this high-tech formula melds like a second skin effect and gives you full coverage in an instant.

I definitely agree, this is very lightweight you don’t even notice you’re wearing anything, almost like a second skin! I would say it’s medium coverage, my skin isn’t too problematic, although I wouldn’t use this on blemishes as it is a highlighting concealer.

wpid-photogrid_1435780144532.jpg

Shade range

Urban Decay only have 5 different shades for this concealer, so unfortunately it may not suit the deepest darkest skin tone (if I’m wrong please correct me!). However, I’m probably as fair as they come & this shade, fair neutral, is perfect for me!

Applicator

UntitledThis applicator is like a doefoot applicator but it’s flat. There’s something about this that I love, it distributes the product evenly under the eye (where I mainly use this concealer!). I love this as it means less product waste.

Skin benefits

Urban Decay claim that:

Japanese green tea revitalizes and helps reduce the appearance by reducing the appearance of fine lines and giving a brighter, more radiant complexion.

Whether this is true or not I don’t know. But it does feel divine & sort of cooling on the skin, so maybe. But since I have young skin anyway it’s hard to put that to the test!!

Have you tried this concealer? What did you think of it? 🙂

wpid-photogrid_1435757562999.jpg
